List all Group policy settings

Any one know of a way to export all the settings of a group Policy.
I can export individual settings (i.e user config\administrative template\desktop ) to a csv format, But what I'm after is something that will export all the settings of the whole policy in one go so its easier to document changes.

If you use the group policy management too, you can export the settings as an HTML file.

Thanks Mikiemov, I downloaded gpmc to a 2003 server and it does just what I want.
