Lisence File Upgrade

Hi all
I just upgraded a lisence file on BC12 system, the customer was had a basic lisence , the DISA feature was added to the lisence and updated, but, the problem is :
you can't intiate a DISA number
reason: no lisence avilable

when printing LIDAP:
it gets the lisence ok with DISA enabled.

is it a problem with the lisence file or what?

Have you done SFCEI ?

hi, actually this happened with me before, it was a bug and i contact E/// and they fix it, you ahve to contact them also !!

i did contact them, i dout in a bug cuz i've done that before many times and it works, i still waiting for response from E///,

sorry MDfreak, its not a bug, its suc as an error in the license sw or something like this !!!
