Liscencing on our ACD running Cummunication Manager 2.2

I have been asked to provide an extra 25 Reps in our call centre.

How do I find out the current liscencing on our switch and whether or not we need to get extra liscences.

Also what liscences are we looking for?

We currently are currently running Communication Manager 2.2 if this helps to answer my question.

HUNT GROUPS, SPLITS, OR SKILLS

If you need agents, check the following row
Used Avail System limit
Logged-In ACD Agents: 0 5200 5200
