LiNX vs Linux?? Need to know difference & more

know nothing about IT. looking for candidates with strong background in Linx, low level artifacts, FAT32, NTSF, data recovery. (wonder why??) Would someone please let me know what the diff. is between Linx and Linux. Are the related somehow? Thx.

ntsf is probably a typo for ntfs - i.e. the (windows) nt filesystem format which is normally found on windows nt/win2k/xp . fat32 is similar but mainly found on windows 98/Me.







While Linux supports those two (non-native) filesystem types, the ntfs support is somewhat limited and I would be surprised if whatever you are looking for is linux related .

You probably won't read this, I know it's kind of late. Linx is not an operating system, it is a text-only web browser for UNIX/Linux. As for FAT32/NTFS, ifincham pretty much answered that. As for data recovery, it can be a pretty complicated and LONG, TEDIOUS process. I have experience with several software data recovery apps, but the most expensive and usually the most reliable is hardware level recovery. The latter process involves sending your drive(s) to a data recovery center and paying a lot of $$$ for them to recover the data. This process should not be attempted by anybody without the special facilities, and would do further damage if attempted.
