linuxconf ??

HI everybody !!

I don't understand.
I am root but i can't run linuxconf.
I receive the message "permission denied"

But, some days before, i could run linuxconf whithout troubles !

Do you have some ideas ??

Are you sure you are root?
Did you:
su root
or
su -
?

su - is the best option so you have the correct roots, environment.

If you can access the physical console login as root and try again.
