Linux/Win2000 Network - Terminal Services Needed?

I have one Informix application running on a Linux box. That box is networked with a Win 2000 Server and all of the client PC's.

My questions is where do I need Terminal Services running so that my PC users can run the Informix/Linux application?

On the Linux Server?
On the Win 2000 Server?
Both?
Neither?
??????

Any clarification you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
