Linux VPN server with VPN client under win$? 1

I want to let our offices in many towns connect to our Work's Intranet by telephone so i want to use VPN for security.
I have read the VPN Howto but it's for installing VPN server & clients under LINUX, what i want to know is :
Is it possible for our offices to connect to LINUX VPN server using windows 98 ????? is there special application for that ?
