Linux Voicemail Pro (11.0.4) - Passwords stopped working

Hi All,

A client of ours has a VMpro running on linux on a physical server. It is version 11.
When attempting to login to Voicemail Pro Client, it states the login and password are incorrect.
Web portal (

https://IPAddress:7070),

same issue.

I can login to the server using Putty but when I tray to use the admin CLI, the known password will not work either.

Am I dead in the water here?

make sure you run the VmPro client as administrator

other than that..... log into the security settings and make sure you have a login that allows VmPro administration
