Linux swap space doesn´t work

I have installed a few IBM Netvista PC with red hat linux 7.3, when execute top command the swap space don´t work.
When i check the swap spaces oficially they are running, i have tried to disable, erase the swap space a then create again it, but the problem is the same doesn´t work.
Please a Ineed your help
