I have been trying to upload the latest linux service pack to the UCM patch library so I can load the service pack but it will not upload. I have already uploaded and activated the linux base and patch web. When I click upload trying to load the linux service pack it will sit there for a long time and not load. Any ideas. Thanks

It takes a little while for the service pack to upload. The CPPM servers take longer than the Dell or IBM. It may take 10-15 min on a CPPM server.

Thanks. I am still concerned. I left it for over 25 minutes and it was still trying to load. I left it going this afternoon and will check tomorrow morning. I know it is a big file but I have loaded about 10 other switches and it never seemed to take this long.

Are you sure you have a good valid copy of the file? I have had problems downloading the file from Nortel in the past. (problem caused by corporate WebWasher, and proxy rules.)

Thanks for the responses. I finaly got it to upload after several reboots of the CPPM card.
