Linux server with Sendmail, MailScanner cpu goes high and goes down

Have had a lot of problems with my 2 email servers (Sendmail with MailScanner,Spamassassin,Clamav)

load average: 5.14, 5.23, 5.32 goes higher and higher up and normally on nights and eventually crash.

What i have found in the logs are this:

a lot of
* lame server resolving '

http://www.domain.com'

(in 'domain.com'?) :
to our bind dns.

* sendmail[27618]: l7F6aBFq027482: Truncated MIME Content-type header due to field size (length = 136) (possible attack)

i updated MailScanner, Spamassassin and Clamav a couple of weeks ago (almost 3) but the problem got up this weekend and started more this week. Can it be with the update? Even if i did the MailScanner script from there site.

Does anyone have any other good tip?

when i do mailq -OQueueDirectory=/var/spool/mqueue.in | grep directory

i got a lot of readqf: cannot open ./df*

Can it be something with that?
