Linux Router/Firewall setup 1

Hi, a buddy and myself are attempting to set up a Linux RedHat firewall/router. He has a cable connection which we then want to run to the Linux box and from there to 2 PCs. One is a workstation the other a game server. I'm assuming we'd put 3 NICs in the RH box, but am a little unsure of the setup. Is it very difficult, are there instructions in the documentation built-in? I am newbie to Linux, so any advice is much appreciated! Matt Wray

what exactly you want to route/firewall? for what? or you just wanna connect those 3 pcs?

From what I've read Linux is supposed to be very secure and a good firewall, plus it should be fun to try and setup! Matt Wray
