I am new to the IT field and I am wondering will the linux based POS system run on a 4694-245 base unit. The reason that I am asking is due to the fact that the 4690 IBM operating system costs alot to purchase for a single unit, and I am just wondering what can I run on a 4694-245 base unit beside the IBM properatiary system. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
