We have a new AS400 box. We have the option of either in stalling Linux and DB2 v8.2 on it, or we could install OS400 v5r4. Can anyone suggest one versus the other. As a developer, I have more experience with Linux, but our administrators have more experience with OS400. If we go with Linux, I would probably end up creating a lot of Korn scripts. What would be similar to this on OS400? REXX?
