I've been unable to find a way for my Visual Foxpro exe to change a printer orientation from Landscape to Portrait and back. As a potential work around, I added a duplicate printer on a Win7 computer. There's only one printer, but one version has Portrait as the default orientation (IP Port) and the other version has Landscape as the default orientation (WSD Port). I can access either version from the Win7 computer, successfully printing in Portrait or Landscape depending on the printer selected (even though its the same printer). The problem is getting a Ubuntu computer to find the second printer. CUPS finds the IP printer, but not the WSD printer. Has anyone worked their way through this scenario successfully?
