Linux Mail Server HELP 1

Hello I need some advice and help from you guys.

I setup a mail server running the following:
Linux RedHatm 7.2
Postfix
Courier-IMAP
PHP4
Squirrelmail

my question is;
1) As I login to squirrelmail, I cannot see the deleted, draft, sent items folder, as well as on outlook mail client configured as IMAP. how to make those folders appear? wr to configure? courier? postfix? im lost actually.

2. can i have a multiple domain using above software? if so can you guys point me to the right direction, a list of documentation maybe?

The guide's configuration is in use by a huge number of shops and is maintained par excelance by Michael Bowe. I cannot say enough about this guide, it's IMAP correctness, and its support for virtual domains!
