I have a manufactures specific .iso , based on linux centos os which I would like to upload into google cloud. When this iso boots on a local server or local virtual machine, it takes you into a setup windows - my question is firstly can an iso be uploaded into the cloud, and then secondly have access to the installer/setup options to initially configure?

CentOS already does, with their NetInstall you simply been to have a CD/DVD/USB drive to boot up the machine and provide hardware drivers for network interfaces, video display cards, keyboards, the mouse etc. etc.

I do not believe you can boot from an ISO that is in the google cloud.
