i have the boot disc, but when i downoaded the ISO, and burned it onto a cd, the linux installation does not recognize anything on the CD

the onlything i can think of is that the cd burning program i used, intel nti cd maker 2000, is no good, and i need easy cd creator or something.

what i am doing now is i have an ISO viewer and am extracting all the files, then burning them to a disc.
i'll see if that works...

any suggestions to make this easyer on me would be highly appreciated.

its prably something really really simple, and i cant figure it out.

Download a trial version of Nero Burning ROm ( and rename the iso images to *.nrg. double click the .nrg file and nero will start - click ok to everything and wait a few minutes.
Hey presto one bootable linux CD. ***************************************
