Linux installation on alpha server 4100

Sever hangs during the transfer install image to harddrive. Any help or comments very much appreciated.

Red Hat 7.1

Just to make sure, are you running the Alpha version of Red Hat, and not the i386? If someone's post was helpful to you, please click the box "Click here to mark this post as a helpful or expert post".

Yes it is the Alpha version of RH 7.1

I created BSD label on the hard drives successfuly, then the installation created a new file system then on the next step, which is installation image transfer to hard drive, the server hangs.
