Whats the difference Personal Desktop, Workstation, Server?

I have installed Redhat Linux as Personal Desktop, now i want to change it as Workstation/Server? How can i do it? Do i need to reinstall everything from start point go the "installation type" screen?

If you have the GUI desktop, you probably would just need to assess what server services you want to add and do that via package management (RPM). There is no need to reinstall unless you find that your partitioning scheme didn't leave enough space for mail spools, home dirs, etc.
