Linux Ghost & Windows Install Server?

Hi,

I'm running a Red Hat 7.3 server at home for a test webserver. I was curious if it would be possible to also copy my Windows CD and even ghost images to the server. Then boot a workstation with a boot disk and either be ableto install windows from the linux server or be able to copy a ghost image back to that workstation? If so what do I need to do? If you know of any tutorials for this, please post those too.
