#-) Hi all. I'm completely new on Linux/Unix (means I've never worked with them) [i/] and I would like to get information on how to learn Linux or Unix for free (buying a book not a problem) #-)

and you might want to also try

There are some good on-line books (albeit a little out of date) from

http://www.informit.com/free_library/index.asp

. For example, the Redhat Unleashed book from SAMS publishing (version 6.x though). For the informit site you need to register but its all free - at least the free library part is !
