Trying to set up my server and getting Forbidden 403 page, despite 775 permission settings all the way through from Apache root to index.htm. When I open the GUI for the firewall, it says security is set High and no devices or protocols enabled. I choose Medium settings, allow eth and http, hit OK and GUI window closes. I immediately open the firewall window again and it's back to its original settings, which are too tight to allow viewing web pages. Has anyone else encountered this? Is the RedHat GUI defective? Would I succeed in making the settings persist by going through the shell? If so, how do I do that? Newposter
