I have an Dell Inspiron 3000 laptop with no floppy drive nor CD-rom drive, 200Mhz, 32MB of RAM, and a 4GB HD
It does have a serial port, a parellel port and a usb port that work.
I need a distro of linux that I can install on it that will run X-Windows and Open Office.
(if possible also be able to fool my sister into thinking it is windows, but not a requirement)

I don't think OpenOffice will run on 32MB. Even with 64MB a modern version will struggle.
