Linux discovered with two interfaces

OpenView has discovered a RedHat AS 3.0 as a node with two interfaces, one interface has an IP address (in Greeen color) and the other interface has only eth0 (in blue color).
The machine has been configured with snmp and snmpd is running. When I run Poll Node, open view has verified it as an snmp agent. But the Node has not changed to snmp node.

Hello,
Please create a file called "netmon.snmpStatus" in the
$OV_CONF directory. This will allow you to get the
"ifOper" status of non-ip interfaces.
Could just unmanage this interface if you are not wanting to manage it...
