Linux compatible inexpensive UPS recomendation? 1

I'm looking for an inexpensive (<$250) UPS to protect my server (500 MHz P3, 200 GB HD, 1 optical) running Linux (SuSE 9.0). I know anything would work, but I want it to automatically shut off via software. Any suggestions? Any help appreciated!
