Linux Agent can't be found

We have two Linux servers running with BE and recently one stopped showing in the list of servers to select. One shows up, the other shows the agent.be running after I "ps aux | grep agent" and also killed & re-spawned it with no luck of it showing up on the BE server. I'm also able to ping the server just fine.

"V-79-57344-33899 - The resource could not be backed up because an error occurred while connecting to the Backup Exec for Windows Servers Remote Agent.
Make sure that the Remote Agent is installed on the target computer and is running."

Any other ideas?
