Linux -50 errors

I'm running Red Hat 7.2 with Samba for windows boxes and netatalk for Mac OS boxes. First of all does anyone have any better suggestions. Second both services seem to be running properly here is the hang up. When I try to delete, rename or copy files I get type -50 errors occasionally. usually with jpegs and exeutables.

For better suggestions on your set up we need to know your requirements. could you cut and paste the deletion errors? there is a standard error 50 in the kernel, but it makes so little sense to me i won't bother to repeat it here. if you're curious find errno.h
