Linq on Datatables

VB.net 2008. I would like to use Linq (or other code) to query a datatable I created in one of my forms and perform a GroupBy to get subtotals based on a field in the datatable. Can someone point me in the right direction or post some sample code I could look at?

Forgot to add I would like to use the results as a datasource for a grid.
