thread730-1116889
Hi all,
I saw the previous thread for this similar problem and am curious if anyone can help me understand why, if my router will not suddenly connect to the internet anymore, my "Local Area Connection" still sees it with the IP and everything?
I still need to try out the option of using another power cord (GENIUS!!), but the router just stopped connecting to the internet completely one day after two years of great service.
I've tried other cords, resetting, and just about everything besides the above mentioned remedy. Strange that it will still recognize my network and allow me to connect to other devices on that network but will not suddenly get me back on the internet nor the other machine, yet I can connect directly to modem with excellent results.
Thanks.
