Installed on Gateway 350mhz, Windows 2000 Pro, SP4.
Installed CD, shutdown, installed PCI card. Rebooted. System detects network card, seems to install correctly, then system reboots by itself. Thereafter, every time I boot the PC I get to the desktop and the PC reboots by itself again. Took PCI card out of functioning PC and get same results. Moved PCI card to all available slots and get same results.

Any suggestions?

Check the BIOS as it is a buss-mastering card and buss-mastering must be enabled on the PCI slot.

I believe as well it is a PCI 2.2 card, and your older machine may have an earlier PCI implementation.
