Linksys wireless Router

I'm getting weak signal or no signal then it would go up to max 54 mbps.
I have updated my drives and firmware, configure the router and still looseing signal.
windows xp pro SP2 (Laptop)

what stops working when your signal goes up... cell phone, wireless devices for DVD play, VCR, Satellite Dish, remote cars, garage door openers, etc can interfere.

2.4 GHz portable phones care in the same frequency band as the 802.11x wireless devices. If you have one of those, switch to a 5.8 GHz phone - give your old one to somebody that doesn't have a wireless network.

Thank you guys, for the information. I try remove and reinstalled the computer wireless driver, it look like it is working now. No more weak signal. It's almost three days now.
