Linksys WAP11 problems with WIN XP

I am having issues with Windows XP and a Linksys WAP11 v 1. When I attach it to my USB port and install the drivers the system starts the install then crashes. I have duplicated the scenario on multiple PCs. With Win 2K it blue screens the PC instead of a reboot.

Has anyone else seen this?

I have had this problem with other software not the one you're speaking of. i would go to thier website and download updated drivers from there. if its happening to you, it has probably been an issue in the past.
