Hi,

Thought this might help someone out there.

Preface:
As long as you have 801q running on your Linksys and Cisco switch trunks and have a router (Cisco or Linksys) capable of 801q encapsulation, you can get this config to work.

Create and name your VLANS. VLAN IDs and names should be the same on your other switch(s).

On Linksys switch web interface tab Port Setting, set your trunk port to "Trunk". Leave all other ports to "Access".

On Port to VLAN Page, set trunk port to Tagged on all VLANs in drop-down. Set all ports for designated VLANs to Untagged.

I did not change anything on VLAN to Port tab. PVID changes by itself on Port Settings Tab once you make changes on Port to VLAN tab. Confusing, if you ask me.

Hope this helps.
