Linksys Rv042 tunnelling and issues

I have a RV042 and windows 2003 DC are in the same subnet with public IP address.

Some homw i was successful in setting up a tunnel,once the tunnel is established, it wont last long.

I made sure that iam using right combination of Phase-1 and Phase-2 parameters.

Any thoughts,what should i do to make it connected. Also after i establish, how do i loginto domain?
