linksys router with pppoe

Hi!!
I have a linksys router and an internet access with pppoe.Do i have to set up the mtu as the provider suggest??so to 1392 in my router???

I have a lot of disconnection and i have to reboot the modem and the router at least one time a day..

Any ideas!!

you can try that dude. I'm working as a linksys tech support

try to set that one on the MTU settings.
just access tyhe web based interface of the router...
