linksys router and road runner internet loss

Hey everyone again .
This weeks problem is my linksys BEFSR41 V3, or my Motorolla surfboard cable modem.

Every 2-3 nights my internet goes out some time around 4-8am. I wake up and once again my debian cds never finished downloading, and I can't access the internet.
All I have to do is go and unplug and plug in the cable modem, wait 10 seconds, and everything is good to go again.

I was wondering if there was something I had set up wrong?
I have DHCP disabled on the router. Everything else is basically factory default.

Call your ISP.
It is not a linksys issue.

try enabling keep alive and also try upgrading your firmware. i had this problem before with two different models of linksys routers
