LinkSYS POE Switch SWR224P VS. Cisco IP Phones

Dear All,

I have bought LinkSYS POE Switch SWR224P, and after I received it and found out that the Cisco IP Phones (7902, 7905G, 7912G, 7940G) don’t work on these switches because the Cisco IP Phones are working with IEEE 802.3af standards.

Does any one have any solution for this issue?
