Long story short, I've got a cable modem and a Linksys Firewall Router with 4-port switch (BEFSR41). I have 4 client machines and 1 server behind said router. I want to load ISA on my Server and have my clients behind the ISA Firewall instead of the Linksys firewall. The ISA server will allow me centralized management of all outbound/inbound internet requests and can generate reports. I don't know where to begin. Do I need two NICs? Should I but the ISA FW in the DMZ? Should I port-forward all internet for the Linksys FW to the ISA FW? Should I throw out the Linksys FW and hook the cable modem directly to the ISA FW -- the 2nd NIC could then hook-up to a HUB where the client machines would be connected. I need comments, suggestions, and ideas for such a configuration.
