i am connecting several wireless cards to my network, many of them linksys 802.11g. connecting to a 3com access point 802.11b. the only cards giving any trouble are the linksys, and not all of them. but a couple won't associate with the access point. i've updated the drivers on the cards, upgraded the firmware on the access point. both cards will connect if configured ad-hoc, but not if configured infrastructure. i do have several linksys 802.11g cards that succesfully connect.
