If you are using IE6 very often reregistering these dll's often fixes the problem.
Run each of the following from start/run: Press OK after each entry.
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
