I am working on a small intranet in FrontPage 98 and am a complete neophyte in Web pages. I am trying to create some online forms. Ideally I would like to use the Word documents I already have.

I have found that if I create a hyperlink to a Word document, it will display in the IE window. I can fill it in, but if I then do a File>Send>Page by Email from the browser, it will send the blank document without what I filled in.

Ideally I would like to create a hyperlink that could open a Word document in a separate window in Word rather than the browser. Can this be done short of writing a full-on applet?

Jeff
masterracker@hotmail.com

If everything seems to be going well: you don't have enough information.......
