Happy Vet's Day...

I have a RedHat 7.3 box and it has links on it (the textual internet browser). Does anyone know where the temp file is for that? Like IE on a W2K box is "C:\Documents and Settings\bla\bla\bla\Temporary Internet Files". Where is that dir in RedHat? (of course it wouldn't be called the same thing). Or does such an animal exist?

Thanks for the info...and a big ol' thanks to all the Veterans! ;-) Hope I was of some help...

cool. I found it..

There is such a thing as "links". I went through all the trouble of installing lynx, just to find out that RedHat 7.3 comes with links. links is a textual browser that supports frames, tables and it's mouse concious. I thought lynx was pretty neat0 untill a friend of mine who has shell access to my box (so he can help me fix stuff when I mess it up) tells me I didn't have to install lynx, because it already had a links on it.

Thanks for the info, ;-) Hope I was of some help...

I stand corrected:) This is the first I've heard of links. I tried it out just now, but I still prefer lynx.
