Hello. I am new to this forum and would surely appreciate some help in a matter. I have just posted a beta website for a customer. The customer is satisfied with the form of the web, but we are developing content, which, I'm sure as many of you can relate, is a back and forth process.
To cut to the chase, when the page is brought up in certain operating systems (and possibly certain computers), the links from the navigation bar are dead. Has anyone had a common experience, or can someone help me work around this problem? I'm sure that I am overlooking something simple.

Rich, I just posted behind you probably what will turn out to be the same problem. What I have found is it se3ems not to be what operating system as much as what fonts are preloaded on the viewers computer. I have used some nice fonts like END CAPS which worked well for a certain heading but it would default to a basic courrier or something on another computer. So, in other words, if the viewer doesn't have it on their computer, it won't show up (using Front Page) I know that their is something that can be written in HTML that makes your fonts show on all computers. I have asked for this code to be sent to me. Let's keep in touch and if I get some help I'll let you know. grwelsh@earthlink.net

Since I went through what I did, although I'm 61 now I still

sense the need to tell others about the life changing power

found in Jesus Christ. My web site is all about helping others. Support groups etc. Come see.

Will do. I've received a reply from someone on a different help forum who told me it may be because I imported my text from Microsoft office, and did not "paste special" as an html. I'll keep you posted.
