Links Not Publishing

Hi,

I am trying to publish to my new web hosting company (they
do support Interdev..however they put me on a new server
and I may be the first to be running Interdev on that server).

My site published but do not include any links to other pages.

Also I noticed that in the servers directory I get a
default.asp page in addition to my default.htm (even though
I don't have a default.asp on that project).

They may have failed to install all of the Front Page 'bots' that handle the page navigation bars.
