I have applied a microsoft frontpage theme to my web site with a horozonal text bar at the top and a vertical navagational bar with buttons. My problem is when the site is first called up in the browser, any link in the navagational bars opens the link in a new window. Is there any way to set it so it will open in the same window? Thanks in advance

Go insert a hyperlink (or edit one).
Hit the Target Frame button.
Make sure it's NOT "new window".

You can set it to a page default after making your selection. I will suggest that if you place a link that takes people outside your web, that you DO use the new window option. Just don't make it the page default.
