Links from forms to files.

I need to allow users to browse for a file from a form, select a file and create a hyperlink to it so that when they select it in the future, the file will automatically open. Is there a control to do this? Thanks for your help.

I've never used hyperlinks myself. I've never got on with them. Have a look at the database on my website:
