Links are wrong after re-importing sub-reports

I have a problem with re-importing sub-reports.

The links that have been established get changed.

For example within the sub-report, it is linked to the field pid in the product table, but after the re-import it links to pid in the design table. We have to go in and set the link right.

Is there anyway to avoid this behavior? I am I doing something wrong> Is Crystal?

Don't know if this will help, but can you uncheck the "Smart Linking" checkbox?

Nice idea but I have smart linking unchecked. I re-verified. I believe that it only is for table linking.
