Does anyone know why I cannot link Visual Foxpro 6.0 tables to MS Access 2000 through ODBC?

Hi newfrontiers,
It sounds like the table that you want to connect to has been created in a VFP database, you will have to select Database Type Visual FoxPro Database (.DBC), Browse, select the the .dbc file, then select from the list of available Tables. This should work ok.

Thanks Billpower.
Unfortunately, DBC does not appear as a file option in my MS Access 2000. When I try to direct Access to open a .DBC I receive an error that the system cannot open.
Any further help would be appreciated.

Well, you must have a very odd Visual FoxPro Database ODBC Driver then.
It's been the default option for years.
Take a look at Microsoft's instructions:
