Hello,
I have a hotspot, and I want to link it to an NT server rather than an address-- it doesn't seem to like it. What we want to do is have an area map of our printers, mouse over a cube location have the URL pop up over the printer and have the user click on the link which brings them to an NT server to get the print driver. Well if you just put:
\\server - it shows all the print queues, but I want it to go to a specific one so I put:
\\server\printqueuename\ - doesn't like it- it removes the last slash which is needed to get a prompt to download the printer driver and gives an error that the page is incorrect. It's not putting that last slash.
Is it possible to use a UNC (universal naming convention) to an NT server with a link in Fireworks? HELP!! This could work out pretty cool if it would work right!Or maybe another way?
